Date set for McLarens Brazil appeal
|
The FIAs International Court of Appeal will hear McLarens case against the decision of the Brazilian race stewards on Thursday, November 15.
The British team lodged an appeal after it was decided that BMW Sauber and Williams would not be punished following suggestions that their cars had run with fuel more than the permitted 10 degrees Celsius below ambient temperature at Interlagos.
After an investigation, the stewards decided there was not enough evidence to justify sanctioning the teams and the result of the race, which saw Nico Rosberg finish fourth for Williams, with Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld fifth and sixth for BMW, was declared official.
